Acquaintance In Space

Every time two delegates form a connection via their RFID tags, a sound is generated which is then played back through the house PA system. The same sounds also contribute to a generative 3D soundscape overlaying a composition by Illustrious, which will change throughout the day giving a ‘sonic heat-map’ of acquaintance activity. Each connection will appear in the appropriate 3D location relative to the soundscape, which will be omnipresent in the auditorium space
