Carolyn launched Fluorescent Media, a creatively-led technology company specializing in interactive, cross-platform format development and distribution, and was appointed Fluorescent’s Managing Director in June 2007.

Fluorescent Media has established an international consortium for creative talent -- including artists, filmmakers, designers, web- and game developers -- to help cultivate innovative ideas into media properties and marketable IP. Fluorescent recently signed LA-based Kush Boys Studios to collaborate on sharp, new adult animation concept ‘Master Kush’. Carolyn is currently also working with her team on multi-player, multi-platform game-concept ‘The Empire’ - a new show that enables simultaneous mass-participation via TV, online, mobile, radio and gaming platforms.

Carolyn has over 13 years experience in the digital media and broadcasting industry worldwide. In 1994 Carolyn was part of CHUM television's launch team for the interactive division in Toronto and then joined BSKYB in London where she coordinated the distribution of a portfolio of TV channels worldwide. In 2000 Carolyn set up a global distribution network for ‘PlayJam’, the worlds first interactive games channel and latterly joined Optimistic Media, where she served as Managing Director.
