Remember when you were small, remember those nights when you'd wake up on your OWN in your OWN bed in your OWN room in the dark you'd try your hardest to see into the open cupboard and hold your breath to hear if there was something under your bed, squint to see behind the curtain remember how terrified you were? what did you imagine was in the dark? I like to imagine whats in the dark what goes bump in the night? my work creeps and slithers and scuttles. I draw my inspiration from myths and legends, but mostly from what i imagined was skulking in the darkness on those terrifying nights.
