Adam was formerly Director of Production of pioneering broadband production company Redbus CPD. He has won over 50 international awards for his productions - including a BAFTA, two RTSs, a Design Council Millennium award and the Grand Award at the New York International Film & Television Festival.

Adam has served on BAFTA's Television and Interactive Entertainment committees and is a voting member f the European Film Academy. He is currently mentoring on the ICA's Creative and Cultural Leadership rogramme and is a trustee of the 24 Hour Museum/Culture24 http://www.24hourmuseum.org.uk
