Morgan
Holt is a Director at HUGE Entertainment, a branded entertainment and
content strategy company that forms part of the Engine Group of
marketing and communication companies.

Starting at the mobile phone company 3 as Director of Television,
Music and Internet, he was responsible for managing these three key
product and services areas before moving on to become Director of Media
Innovation. In this role, he developed the media strategy across the
company’s entertainment and communities portfolio.

Previous to working for 3, Morgan was Executive Producer for
Broadcast at Endemol. Whilst there, he oversaw all Endemol's
interactive editorial since the UK’s first Big Brother and started the
offshoot Endemol mobile.

In addition to this, Morgan has been a producer, editor and
journalist for everyone from the Daily Mail to the BBC, from Crisis to
Cambridge University.
