Steve Bird is a musician, DJ and musician from sunny Newcastle upon Tyne.

He has been writing and recording his own music for the last 15 years, with several releases to his name, a session for the late John Peel, and numerous credits for a wide range of media including: Dance, T.V. Children's theatre, advertising, radio, games, animation and film, to name a few!

Steve is currently composing music for several different projects, which include: music for a documentary, remixes and his own commercial releases.

Steve is also working as a music mentor for theDigitalCity in Middlesbrough and teaching DJ skills and music technolgy at Gateshead College, and Ding lots in and around Newcastle and occasionally further afield, with gigs in Hungary and Portugal last year.
